Intechsys is a natural Agile home ground. Our small team of experienced developers has been doing the good work of developing functional software without much ceremony since we stared delivering our first project. Although chaos is not our order but command-and-control is definitely not our company culture.
This conducive setting is helping us adapt and embrace Agile development faster than others. Our subject matter experts, architects, designers and developers are fierce whiteboard warriors and real-time-communication always takes precedence over documentation in our work.
